Lily’s Compassionate Living is a community-based support agency dedicated to helping adults with disabilities live safely, independently, and meaningfully in their homes and communities. We provide person-centered Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) designed to support individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and qualifying mental health needs. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every person deserves respectful, compassionate, reliable, and individualized support that honors their dignity and promotes their autonomy.
